Job summary

Golden Fox Recruitment Ltd. is seeking an Asbestos Surveyor for a predominantly local Southampton patch, offering a competitive salary up to £38,000 and excellent benefits. Qualifications

• Experience carrying out Management, Refurbishment & Demolition surveys.

We're working with a well-respected, UKAS accredited Asbestos Management Consultancy that is looking to recruit an Asbestos Surveyor to join their growing team in Southampton. With an established client base spanning residential portfolios, public sector estates, critical infrastructure and commercial property, the business has built an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality asbestos consultancy services across the South.

This opportunity will see you working predominantly on a long-term housing contract across Southampton, meaning minimal travel and a genuinely local patch.

As an Asbestos Surveyor, you'll be responsible for:

• Carrying out Management, Refurbishment & Demolition surveys across residential properties throughout Southampton.
• Producing accurate asbestos survey reports in accordance with HSG264.
• Identifying asbestos-containing materials and making appropriate management recommendations.
• Building strong relationships with clients while maintaining the highest technical standards.

About You

• BOHS P402/RSPH3 qualified.
