A UKAS Accredited Asbestos company is looking for a switched‑on and thorough Asbestos Report Administrator in the South East region. The company have a busy portfolio of client contracts, so it is essential that the applicant can hit the ground running in order to meet KPIs and deadlines. You will need to be located in / around: Southend‑on‑Sea, South Benfleet, Rayleigh, Canvey Island, Wickford, Basildon, Burnham‑on‑Crouch, Maldon, Chelmsford, Grays, Tilbury, Witham, Billericay, Romford, Hornchurch, Dagenham, Rainham, Barking, Ilford, Epping, Harlow, Bishop’s Stortford, Braintree, Colchester, Dartford, Erith, Gravesend, Swanley.

Experience / Qualifications

• Must have experience processing / quality checking Asbestos Survey and Analytical reports
• Will ideally hold the BOHS P402 qualification
• Good organisational skills
• Strong technical knowledge
• It is preferred that candidates will have worked within a UKAS accredited company
• Good phone manner and communication skills
• Competent using IT software, such as TRACKER, TEAMS and the Microsoft Office suite

The Role

• Processing asbestos survey and analytical reports from site operatives
• Quality checking reports to ensure HSG and UKAS compliance
• Liaising with site staff to receive reports
• Making edits to asbestos reports
• Ensuring to meet / exceed deadlines and targets
• Issuing reports directly to clients
• General administrative duties to support daily operations within the business
• Data inputting onto internal databases
• Maintaining strong working relationships with clients
