Job summary

The Guinness Partnership in Oldham is seeking an Anti-Social Behaviour & Legal Officer (Tenancy Enforcement Officer) to join our ASB & Legal team. This full-time, permanent role offers hybrid working with three office-based days per week.

You will manage a varied caseload involving anti-social behaviour, tenancy breaches, fraud investigations and legal action, working with residents and partner agencies to achieve positive outcomes.

Qualifications

• Educated to Level 2 GCSE or higher or equivalent.
• Experience in environments subject to regulatory change is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload involving anti-social behaviour, tenancy breaches, fraud investigations and legal action.
• Work with residents, colleagues and partner agencies to achieve positive outcomes.
• Ensure investigations are professional, proportionate and compliant with legislation and policies.
• Assess evidence, make balanced decisions and progress legal remedies, including preparing cases and supporting court action.
• Maintain accurate case records and provide clear reports and witness statements.
• Contribute to service improvements and share best practice across the team.
