Job summary

Park Avenue Recruitment is seeking an ASB Officer to join a busy Housing Management team in Kent on a 3-month contract with hybrid working. The role focuses on early intervention, tenancy sustainment, and reducing complaints through proactive resident engagement.

You will manage a caseload of ASB and tenancy enforcement cases, identify issues early, and work with residents to sustain tenancies while coordinating with internal teams and external agencies.

Qualifications

• Experience managing ASB and tenancy enforcement cases within social housing.
• Strong understanding of housing legislation and enforcement tools.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build trust whilst having difficult conversations when required.
• Experience working with vulnerable residents and supporting tenancy sustainment.
• A proactive, solution-focused approach to problem solving.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a busy caseload effectively.
• Confidence working with a wide range of stakeholders, including residents, support agencies, and legal teams.

Responsibilities

• Managing a caseload of low to high-level ASB cases from investigation through to resolution.
• Taking appropriate tenancy enforcement action where required.
• Working proactively with residents to sustain tenancies and prevent repeat issues.
• Acting as the main point of contact for residents, keeping them updated and informed throughout the process.
• Responding to complaints quickly and effectively to minimise escalation.
• Working closely with internal teams and external agencies to deliver successful outcomes.
• Maintaining accurate case records and ensuring compliance with legislation and policy.
