Job summary

G2 Recruitment Group Limited seeks anexperienced Anti-Social Behaviour Officer to join a busy housing team. You will investigate and resolve ASB, tenancy breaches, and neighbourhood disputes, helping to create safer communities.

Key responsibilities include managing caseloads, interviewing stakeholders, gathering evidence, developing action plans, and collaborating with police and safeguarding teams. Experience in housing and legal processes is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience managing ASB cases in housing contexts.
• Knowledge of ASB legislation and tenancy enforcement.
• Experience preparing case files and supporting court action.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of ASB, nuisance and tenancy breach cases from initial complaint to resolution.
• Investigate ASB using victim-centred and evidence-based approaches.
• Conduct interviews with complainants, witnesses and alleged perpetrators.
• Gather and assess evidence including witness statements, CCTV, diaries and reports.
• Develop and implement action plans to resolve cases and support vulnerable residents.
• Work with local authorities, police, and external agencies.
• Prepare legal documents and attend court hearings when required.
