Job summary

Balfour Beatty VINCI is seeking an As-built Delivery Manager for the Central East & MLN region. Based in Birmingham, you will coordinate multidisciplinary teams to deliver redline and as-built SAP deliverables, drive Stage 5 activities, and manage evidence for handover.

You will own the Health & Safety File and O&M manuals, ensure traceability of changes, and align with project programmes for successful completion in a complex UK infrastructure environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams through complex UK infrastructure projects.
• Proven ability to manage deliverables, risks and decisions across regional sublots.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead redline & as-built SAP deliverables and track progress.
• Coordinate with BIM/Asset Information and Document Control; report risks and decisions.
• Own and coordinate Stage 5 SAP deliverables and handover documentation.
• Maintain Health & Safety File and O&M manuals for controlled handover.
• Ensure traceability of field changes, NCRs and associated evidence.
• Support Survey Records and Monitoring Records for timely handover.
• Drive regional coordination between site delivery teams and design engineers.
