SYSTRA UK & Ireland is looking for an As-Built Manager to lead the development and delivery of Red-Line and As-Built information for major rail projects. You will act as the main contact for Red-Line drawing production through to As-Built information, working with BBVS sub-contractors and design managers to ensure quality and timely handover.

Formación

• 5-10 years in a similar rail role.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred; industry certification may be accepted in lieu of degree.
• Understanding of construction processes, handover and outcomes.
• IS019650 accreditation desirable.
• Familiarity with CDEs, ProjectWise or eB/ALIM.
• Experience with EDMS systems such as Business Collaborator and Bentley eB/ALIM.
• Knowledge of digital project methodologies and iTwin technologies.
• Experience with Bentley modelling packages (MicroStation, AECOsim, OBD).
• Familiarity with SYNCHRO Control & Field and PIM/AIM production.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, evolve and implement project As-Built information strategy.
• Own Red-Line and As-Built procedures; update as needed.
• Coordinate with BBVS sub-contractor Package Managers and design managers.
• Ensure red-line production is understood and quality is demonstrated with examples.
• Lead awareness and training sessions on Red-Line production with the Digital Team.
• Develop and maintain policies and procedures for As-Built records.
• Review systems and IT platforms to ensure fit-for-purpose throughout the lifecycle.
• Align As-Built production with project targets and milestones.
• Capture and share learning on Red-Line and As-Built best practices.
• Manage sub-contractor KPI tracking for Red-Line and As-Built.
• Operate As-Built provider to ensure compliance with requirements and budgets.
• Maintain trackers and dashboards for progress reporting.
• Coordinate all As-Built interfaces with Client, JV, Co-contractors and stakeholders.
