Gill Cooke Personnel Ltd T/A The Recruitment Group is seeking a dedicated Scanning & Artwork Processing Assistant in Coalville, Leicestershire. You will sort, scan and process children’s artwork for print, ensuring accurate recording and timely preparation. Training is provided and a friendly team environment supports you daily.

Full-time temporary contract with weekly pay, overtime after 45 hours, and potential extra Saturday shifts. Competitive hourly rate of £12.71 and supportive onboarding.

Qualifications

• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong organisational skills.
• Good dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
• Basic computer skills and data entry accuracy.

Responsabilités

• Sort and carefully handle children's artwork.
• Scan artwork using dedicated scanning equipment.
• Process artwork ready for print.
• Ensure every piece is correctly accounted for and processed.
• Organise artwork packs to prevent items being misplaced.
• Enter basic information accurately into computer systems.
• Navigate files and folders and save documents correctly.
• Use scanning software following company procedures.
• Carry out quality checks on scanned artwork.
• Meet daily deadlines and productivity targets.
• Maintain a clean, tidy and organised working area.
• Work closely with the Lead Administrator and wider team.
• Support colleagues to ensure the smooth running of the operation.
