The Recruitment Group is seeking a detail‑driven Data Entry Assistant to join a friendly team in Coalville, Leicestershire. You will label children’s artwork, quality check data and prepare files for print with speed and accuracy.

The role is full‑time temporary with training provided; hours are Monday to Friday with optional Saturday shifts. The position offers £12.71 per hour, weekly pay, and overtime after 45 hours.

• Check names against provided information.

• Perform detailed quality checks on artwork.

• Enter data accurately into the CMS.
• Use computer systems to process artwork.
• Meet hourly and daily productivity targets.
• Maintain high accuracy at speed.
• Follow established processes and procedures.
• Handle repetitive tasks with concentration.
• Collaborate with team to keep project on schedule.
• Raise discrepancies to the relevant team.
