The Recruitment Group is seeking a Scanning & Artwork Processing Assistant in Coalville to join a small team handling children’s artwork for print. You will scan, sort and process pieces with careful attention to detail and accuracy.

The role involves working Monday to Friday with full-time temporary status, training provided, and potential Saturday shifts. You’ll perform data entry and support the team to meet daily production targets.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and strong organisational skills are essential.
• Ability to work accurately in a busy environment and meet deadlines.
• Good computer literacy and data entry accuracy are required.

Responsabilités

• Sort and carefully handle children's artwork
• Scan artwork using dedicated scanning equipment
• Process artwork ready for print
• Ensure every piece is correctly accounted for and processed
• Organise artwork packs to prevent items being misplaced
• Enter basic information accurately into computer systems
• Navigate files and folders and save documents correctly
• Use scanning software following company procedures
• Carry out quality checks on scanned artwork
• Meet daily deadlines and productivity targets
• Maintain a clean, tidy and organised working area
• Work closely with the Lead Administrator and wider team
• Support colleagues to ensure the smooth running of the operation
