The Recruitment Group is recruiting three Scanning & Artwork Processing Assistants to join a friendly team in Coalville, Leicestershire. You will handle children’s artwork, scan and prepare files for print with care and accuracy.

This full-time temporary role offers £12.71 per hour with weekly pay and overtime after 45 hours, plus full training, optional Saturday shifts, and a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Good dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
• Basic computer and data-entry skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
• Willingness to learn and take training.

Responsabilités

• Sort and handle children's artwork carefully.
• Scan artwork with dedicated equipment.
• Process artwork for print.
• Enter basic information into computer systems.
• Meet daily deadlines and productivity targets.
• Maintain a clean, organised workspace.
• Work with Lead Administrator and wider team.
