Gill Cooke Personnel Ltd T/A The Recruitment Group is seeking a dedicated Scanning & Artwork Processing Assistant in Coalville, Leicestershire. You will sort, scan and process children’s artwork for print, ensuring accurate recording and timely preparation. Training is provided and a friendly team environment supports you daily.

Full-time temporary contract with weekly pay, overtime after 45 hours, and potential extra Saturday shifts. Competitive hourly rate of £12.71 and supportive onboarding.

Scanning & Artwork Processing Assistant - £12.71 per Hour + Overtime

Location: Coalville, Leicestershire

Pay: £12.71 per hour

Hours: Monday to Friday, 05:30-13:00 or 12:30-20:00

Contract: Full-time temporary

The Recruitment Group is recruiting for three organised, reliable and detail-focused Scanning & Artwork Processing Assistants to join a friendly team supporting a range of fundraising projects.

This is a unique opportunity to work directly with children's artwork, helping prepare drawings, paintings and other artwork for print. You'll be responsible for carefully scanning and processing each piece, ensuring artwork is accurately handled and ready for the next stage.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday:

About the Role

As a Scanning & Artwork Processing Assistant, you'll work as part of a small team under the guidance of the Lead Administrator.

You'll carefully sort, scan and process individual pieces of children's artwork, ensuring each item is correctly recorded, processed and prepared for print.

The role requires excellent attention to detail, good organisation and the ability to work independently while helping the wider team meet deadlines and productivity targets.

Full training will be provided on the scanning software and processes.
