CleanEvent Services Ltd is recruiting a Venue Presentation Manager for The O2 in London. The role oversees cleaning and presentation services across Levy UK hospitality operations, managing a contract to meet high standards in a premium venue environment.

You will lead operational teams, schedule services, ensure safety and compliance, and drive profitability while maintaining excellent client relationships and service quality.

Qualificações

• Experience within cleaning management, facilities management, hospitality operations or a related service-led environment.
• Strong client relationship management experience.
• Excellent organisational and resource planning skills.
• Proven leadership and people management capability.
• Strong financial management, reporting and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good Microsoft Office skills.

Responsabilidades

• Delivery of a profitable contract in line with budget expectations.
• Oversee labour budgets and contract hours to meet targets.
• Develop detailed operational forecasts and plans for cleaning and presentation.
• Maintain contract administration, reporting and compliance.
• Lead, motivate and develop staff across the contract.
• Ensure hospitality cleaning and presentation standards meet client expectations.
