Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and manage all venue operations.
• Oversee profitability of the cleaning and venue services contract.
• Maintain excellent relationships with venue and client stakeholders.
• Manage and motivate staff and labour force; oversee training.
• Ensure QA documentation, reporting and compliance are in place.
• Cover weekend and evening work as required by the business.
