InterContinental London O2, part of the Arora Group, seeks an experienced M&E Operations professional to manage inventories, sanitation, and supplies for luxury events. You will coordinate with Beverage Managers, supervise shifts, and uphold the highest service standards for guest experiences on-site at a premier London venue.

This role requires strong English, a calm demeanor under pressure, and a passion for high-end hospitality.

Formación

• Experience in a similar position within an M&E Operations
• Experience supervising high-volume Food & Beverage
• High personal grooming and hygiene standards
• Works well under pressure
• Good understanding of the English language

Responsabilidades

• Manage departmental inventories and assets, including par levels and maintenance of equipment.
• Maintain and enforce sanitation standards.
• Order supplies for the department (e.g., china, glass, silver, buffet presentations, props, and other service equipment).
• Liaise with Beverage Managers to ensure liquor and wine is recorded and posted correctly.
• Manage shifts and actively participate in the servicing of events.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of wine and high-end cuisine and continually improve knowledge.
• Respond to and handle guest problems and complaints.
• Empower floor managers and team leaders to provide excellent customer service.
• Communicate and execute departmental and property emergency procedures and train staff accordingly.
