Levy UK is seeking a Deputy Suites Manager for The O2 in London to oversee suite operations during events and deputise for the Suites Manager. You will lead food, beverage, kitchen and service teams, ensure high guest experiences and meet KPIs and client requirements.

The role requires strong leadership, experience in hospitality management, and a proactive approach to safety, budgeting and sales. You will collaborate with event managers and clients to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years' management experience in hospitality.
• Experience leading teams during events and complex service delivery.
• Strong IT proficiency and good English and numeracy.

Responsabilités

• Maintain H&S, record incidents and reports.
• Lead recruitment, induction, training and performance management.
• Conduct pre-shift briefings and delegate tasks.
• Support labour planning and control operating costs.
• Drive sales, upselling and promotions.
• Monitor stock, manage transfers and variances.
• Build relationships with clients and event managers.
• Ensure suites customer experience and high service standards.
• Ensure SOPs and service standards followed; identify improvements.
• Champion innovation and market awareness.
