Job summary

Levy UK & Ireland is seeking a Premium Lounge Manager for The O2 in London. You will lead the day-to-day operations of the premium lounge, delivering exceptional guest experiences, managing food and bar service, and guiding the front-of-house team in a busy event environment.

You will drive customer service, lead staff, manage health and safety, control costs, drive sales, and coordinate with clients to ensure seamless events and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 2+ years management experience in hospitality.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and guest service focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead lounge operations – ensure smooth running, staffing and guest experiences.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high hospitality standards.
• Lead and develop the front-of-house team; recruit, train and coach.
• Manage health and safety, including responsible alcohol service and safety checks.
• Control labour and operating costs; monitor budgets and stock; drive financial targets.
• Identify sales opportunities and upsell to increase spend per transaction.
• Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to deliver requirements.
• Oversee event delivery with culinary, beverages and logistics teams.
• Use guest feedback and market insights to improve the lounge offering.
• Maintain SOPs and service standards while encouraging innovation.
