Job summary

CleanEvent Services Ltd is seeking a General Manager for Presentation Services (Cleaning and Waste) in London. You will own the venue portfolio outcomes, drive governance, leadership, and data-driven decision-making across multiple sites.

The role requires strategic leadership, commercial focus, and a track record of managing complex contracts, client relationships, and operational teams to deliver service excellence.

Qualifications

• Significant management experience within cleaning, facilities management, events, stadia or similar client-facing operations.
• Experience leading large-scale, multi-site or multi-contract operations.
• Strong commercial and financial management experience including budget ownership and margin improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead portfolio performance and profitability across venues within the Presentation division.
• Provide leadership to management and administrative teams with governance oversight.
• Deliver accurate reporting, data analysis and BI insights to support decision-making, budgeting and forecasting.
