Levy UK & Ireland, part of Compass Group, seeks a Deputy Suites Manager for The O2 in London. The role partners with the Suites Manager to run events, lead multi-disciplinary teams, and ensure top-tier guest experiences in a high-demand venue.

You will drive standards, attendance, safety, and cost controls while delivering exceptional service aligned with Levy’s values. The position offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of management experience in a demanding hospitality environment.
• Proven ability to lead teams across food, beverage, kitchen and service.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain health & safety, standards, incidents and reports.
• Lead, motivate and develop suite team and ensure performance.
• Coordinate pre-shift briefings and maintain team morale.
• Support labour planning and manage staffing against budgets.
• Drive sales, promotions and customer spend within suites.
• Monitor stock, transfers and end-of-day procedures.
• Build relationships with clients, event managers and internal teams.
• Ensure guest experience remains high across all suites.
• Ensure SOPs, service standards and company procedures are followed.
• Identify improvements and stay aware of market trends.
