Job summary

Mitchell Maguire is seeking an Area Sales Manager Scaffolding for the South West territory (M5 corridor, south of Bristol). This field-based role focuses on selling scaffolding, fencing, groundworks, edge protection, and safety products to main contractors, civils, housebuilders and utility contractors.

You will spend four days on the road with a Bristol depot-based team, with one day per week in the Bristol office.

Qualifications

• Experience in field sales to contractors.
• Knowledge of pricing strategy in construction.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Sell scaffolding, fencing, groundworks, edge protection and safety products to contractors.
• Develop new business and follow up on leads from depot, LinkedIn and Glenigans.
• Shadow senior Regional Sales Manager for 2–3 months and work from Bristol depot.
