Job summary

Mitchell Maguire is seeking an Area Sales Manager for Powered Access to drive new business and manage key accounts across the UK. The role combines field visits with remote work, focusing on building long-term relationships and revenue growth.

The successful candidate will have a proven field sales background in powered access or related sectors, strong new business skills, and the ability to interpret drawings and use CRM systems effectively.

Qualifications

• Must have proven field sales track record in powered access, plant hire or related sectors.
• Experience selling to construction or infrastructure sectors is highly advantageous.
• Strong new business skills with capability in account management.
• Reliable, trustworthy and well-organised with diary discipline.
• Able to read drawings, IT literate and familiar with CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Promote hire and sale of powered access equipment, plant, platforms and capital equipment.
• Sell to construction and infrastructure clients and manage key accounts.
• Visit clients and construction sites across defined areas.
• Work remotely from home for part of the time; diary-dependent.
• Demonstrate products, train customers and provide technical support.
