Location: London – Spital Fields

Compensation: Up to £40,000 + uncapped bonus potential, company car or travel allowance & home-based contract

As a Your Way Consultant, you’ll be responsible for winning and maximizing business in your own dedicated neighborhood of just a mile square. What you will be doing:

You will be responsible for the success of your neighborhood by:

• Gaining, growing, and retaining customers to deliver profitable volume growth against targets
• Researching your target audience and opportunities within your territory
• Building and leveraging strong customer relationships through face-to-face meetings and understanding customer needs
• Onboarding new customers effectively while maintaining relationships with existing accounts
• Partnering with customers to understand their growth plans and offering practical solutions and products
• Monitoring competitor activity and proposals to ensure you offer the best local solutions

What we are looking for:

We seek someone capable of winning new business and maximizing sales with existing customers. Ideally, you’ll have a background in Field Sales or New Business, be commercially savvy, proficient in Excel, and skilled in relationship building. A passion for sales is essential. Food industry experience is a plus but not required.
