Job summary

Malvern Garden Buildings, part of the Corble Group, invites applications for an Area Sales Manager based at the Chippenham showsite with regular travel to our Devon location. You will lead showsite teams, drive sales performance, ensure brand standards, and maintain strong supplier and customer relationships.

The role reports to the Sales Director and Operations Director and requires exceptional people skills and a hands-on leadership style.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multi-site sales teams
• Proven track record achieving sales targets
• Strong customer-focused approach with excellent communication skills
• Ability to manage CRM-driven lead processes and reporting

Responsibilities

• Support Showsite Managers to deliver an excellent customer-focused experience
• Oversee and improve day-to-day operations to maximise efficiency, productivity, and profitability
• Build and maintain strong relationships with manufacturers, suppliers, garden centres and head office teams
• Coach and motivate sales teams to achieve targets and develop their skills
• Coordinate training, HR activities and health and safety compliance
• Manage showsite schedules, rosters and performance reporting
• Drive design consultations, site surveys, bespoke products and advanced quotes
• Ensure showsite presentation meets company standards and branding
