Malvern Garden Buildings in Abingdon, Oxfordshire, is seeking a full-time Sales Advisor to help customers choose the right garden building and deliver outstanding service at our show site.

You will build relationships, learn product details, work with a CRM, hit targets, and enjoy generous bonuses and uncapped commission alongside ongoing training and career development. Weekend work and a full UK driving licence are required.

Responsibilities

• This isn’t just a sales role. It’s about supporting customers through the process of choosing the right garden building.
• With full training you’ll become a product expert and confidently guide customers to the perfect garden building that best suits their needs.
• Build strong customer relationships by understanding needs and delivering exceptional service.
• Manage and nurture enquiries using our CRM system (training provided).
• Act as the key liaison between customers and manufacturers, ensuring a seamless end-to-end experience.
• Take pride in maintaining the appearance of the show site, ensuring our garden buildings are always presented to the highest standard.
