Job summary

Mauve Group is seeking an Area Sales Manager based at the Chippenham showsite, with 75% of time there and regular travel to our Devon location. You will lead sales teams across showsites, drive daily performance, ensure high standards, and develop strong stakeholder relationships.

The role requires a people-focused leader who can coach teams, handle quotes, maintain health and safety compliance, and deliver against sales targets. A valid UK driving licence and weekend flexibility are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and sales management experience is required.
• Experience in customer-focused retail/sales environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee showsite managers to deliver excellent customer experience.
• Improve day-to-day operations to maximise efficiency and profitability.
• Maintain high standards of showsite presentation and relationships with stakeholders.
• Support sales teams with design consultations, site surveys and quotations.
• Coordinate training and maintain product knowledge.
• Ensure health and safety compliance and company policies.
