Qualifications

• Proven working experience as an Area Sales Manager, Sales Executive, or a relevant role within the Security industry.
• Must be able to work independently and with little supervision, often working remotely.
• Proven sales track record.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Ability to independently build a compliant quote using quoting software.
• Market and industry knowledge.
• Communication and negotiation skills.
• Time management and planning skills.
• Extensive commercial awareness, knowledge, and ability.

Responsibilities

• Develop a growth strategy focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
• Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
• Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
• Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.
• Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
• Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
• Develop new clients into company accounts.
• Deliver achievable and realistic forecasts to the Management Team.
• Provide innovative ideas and suggestions to improve the market presence.
