Job summary

Mitchell Maguire is assisting in the recruitment of an Area Sales Manager for Construction Site Access Control, covering North London, North Home Counties and East Anglia. You will sell a high quality range of access controls to FM companies, main contractors, sub-contractors and end users, with project sizes from £5k to £500k, and you will manage an established area turning over £2.5m-£3m.

A strong technical mind, hunter mentality and commercial acumen are essential, plus the ability to digest

Qualifications

• Extensive construction field sales experience.
• Experience selling to FM companies, main contractors, and end users.
• Ability to digest technical information.
• Commercially astute with hunter mentality.

Responsibilities

• Sell a range of access controls and site security solutions to the specified regions.
• Balance new business development with account management.
• Handle projects from £5k to £500k.
• Build and maintain relationships with FM companies, contractors and end users.
• Manage an established, high-turnover area (£2.5m-£3m).

The role of the Specification Sales Manager Automatic Doors will involve:

• Area Sales Manager position selling a high quality manufactured range of access controls and site security
• All of your time will be spent selling to FM companies, main contractors, sub-contractorsand end users
• Project sizes will vary depending on what project for example could be anywhere between £5k - £500k
• Good blend of account management and new business
• Will inherit a well-established area currently turning over circa £2.5m-3m

The ideal applicant will be a Specification Sales Manager Automatic Doors with:

• Must have construction field sales experience selling direct to site via FM companies, main contractors, sub-contractorsand end users
• Must be able to digest technical information
• Must be commercially astute
• Hunter, driven and a team player
