Job summary

Mitchell Maguire is seeking an Area Sales Manager specialising in Construction Site Access Control to span North London, the North Home Counties and East Anglia. You will sell a high quality range of access controls to FM companies, main contractors, subcontractors and end users, handling projects from £5k to £500k.

The role combines account management with new business, with a turnover of about £2.5m–£3m in the assigned area.

Qualifications

• Must have construction field sales experience selling to FM companies, main contractors, sub-contractors and end users.
• Must be able to digest technical information.
• Must be commercially astute.
• Hunter, driven and a team player.

Responsibilities

• Sell a high quality range of access controls and site security to FM companies, main contractors, sub-contractors and end users.
• Balance account management with new business development.
• Handle projects from approximately £5k up to £500k.
• Operate in the North London, North Home Counties and East Anglia region.

The role of the Specification Sales Manager Automatic Doors will involve:

• Area Sales Manager position selling a high quality manufactured range of access controls and site security
• All of your time will be spent selling to FM companies, main contractors, sub-contractorsand end users
• Project sizes will vary depending on what project for example could be anywhere between £5k - £500k
• Good blend of account management and new business
• Will inherit a well-established area currently turning over circa £2.5m-3m
