Job summary

Mitchell Maguire is seeking an Area Sales Manager to cover the North region for a high quality range of automatic doors and security systems. You will focus on new business, selling to end users, contractors, and sub-contractors on commercial projects such as hospitals and universities.

The role rewards a £40,000–£55,000 salary with a £10,000 bonus and 1.5% commission accelerator, plus an electric company car and comprehensive benefits. Travel across the assigned area is expected.

Responsibilities

• Sell to end users, curtain walling contractors, façade contractors, security contractors, main contractors and sub-contractors.
• Spend all time selling to customers on commercial projects such as hospitals & universities.
• Predominantly focus on new business opportunities.
• Manage projects of varying size and scope.

Role Overview

• Area Sales Manager position selling a high quality manufactured range of automatic door & security systems.
• All of your time will be spent selling to end users, curtain walling contractors, façade contractors, security contractors, main contractors and sub-contractors.
• Working on commercial projects such as hospitals & universities.
• Predominately new business.
• Projects sizes with vary of size and scope.
