Area Sales Manager - Covering the Bristol Area

Salary: Up to £50,000 Basic DOE, Realistic OTE £80k+ (Uncapped Commission) + Company Car

Employment Type: Full-time, Home-based, Regional role covering the following postcodes:

Carfinance 247 is the leading online Car Finance broker in the UK, specializing in providing customers with car finance through our Manchester headquarters, home-based operations, and a rapidly expanding motor dealer channel.

This role is part of a new and growing business segment, where we are building a team of Field Sales Professionals to proactively develop the motor dealer channel. As an Area Sales Representative, you will manage a territory, working with an internal Relationship Manager to develop the region.

Your responsibilities include maintaining relationships with existing dealers, acquiring new dealer partners, maximizing leads and revenue, and expanding our dealer network within your area. This is a unique opportunity to advance your career and contribute to our business growth.

Responsibilities:
  1. Manage and develop a regional area in the UK.
  2. Proactively acquire new motor dealer partners for CF247.
  3. Build and maintain relationships with existing motor dealers to position CF247 within their finance offerings.
  4. Liaise with internal sales and delivery teams to ensure excellent service.
  5. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  6. Use and update the CRM system to manage activity and pipeline.
  7. Conduct business reviews to ensure service quality and regulatory compliance.
  8. Attend Head Office meetings once per quarter.

  • Proven track record in selling within the Motor Trade.
  • Experience in account management and business development in motor finance is desirable.
  • Proactive, driven individual with high activity levels to meet targets.
  • Strong communicator capable of building relationships.
  • Successful in winning and maintaining new business.
  • Excellent negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
