Earn great money and generous commissions in this home-based Sales Manager role: selling our range of high-specification packaging machinery to customers across the UK. We are a well-respected global manufacturer, and this is an expansion hire. We are investing in YOU to develop our packaging machinery business within the cosmetics manufacturing industry as our specialist Sales Manager / Business Development Manager.

Basic Salary: Up to GBP 65,000

Job Description

This role involves selling high-specification packaging machinery to the cosmetic manufacturing sector across the UK. It is a proactive business development position, involving lead follow-up, meetings, consultative sales, and solutions-based selling of mid-price capital equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Leverage the company's reputation to sell products to UK cosmetics manufacturers
• Receive support from the UK Managing Director and global technical team
• Participate in structured product training across Europe

Person Specification

• Proven track record in special purpose capital equipment/machinery sales
• Ability to manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing
• Comfortable with extensive UK travel to visit clients and follow up leads
• Experience in selling packaging machinery to cosmetics, personal care, or beauty sectors is advantageous, but experience in any capital equipment sales sector is also acceptable
