Job summary

Stirling Warrington Ltd is seeking an Area Sales Manager for Roofing and Building Materials in the Southeast region. The role targets merchants, house builders and specification channels, with uncapped commissions and a substantial bonus structure.

A £7,000 car allowance complements a £40,000–£50,000 base, with additional £10–£20k bonus potential. The ideal candidate will sell through merchants, build strong relationships with house builders, and drive growth across London, Oxon, and surrounding

Qualifications

• Experience selling to merchants and house builders in the construction sector.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Sell roofing and building materials to merchants and house builders.
• Develop and manage the Southeast patch including London and surrounding areas.
• Collaborate with distributors and customers to upsell products and achieve targets.
