Integra Outsourcing is seeking an Area Sales Manager for roofing materials & accessories. This field-based role covers the South East and South Central regions, promoting membranes, dry fix systems, ventilation products, and related building materials.

You will manage an established merchant portfolio and drive sales through training and targeted visits. The successful applicant will have field sales experience in construction, strong relationship skills, and a proactive, target-driven approach.

Qualifications

• Field sales experience in construction or related industry.
• Experience selling through merchants and distributors is advantageous.
• Proactive, self-motivated and target-driven with strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• A field-based territory sales role promoting a leading range of roofing products and accessories
• Promoting a comprehensive portfolio that includes membranes, dry fix systems, eaves and ventilation products
• Strengthening relationships while increasing product awareness among national and independent builders' and roofing merchants
• Delivering product training, trade days, toolbox talks and carrying out dual visits to help increase sales
• Supporting merchant network by influencing roofing contractors and developers, with all business back-sold through your account base

Area Sales Manager – Roofing Materials & Accessories

A field sales role promoting a leading range of roofing products and accessories, that include membranes, dry fix systems and ventilation solutions. You'll be account managing an established portfolio of national and independent merchants, whilst increasing awareness through the areas roofing contractors and developers.

Package

• £45k-£50k basic salary
• £12k+ uncapped commission scheme (paid monthly)
• £1k-£2k per month commission is realistic once up and running
• Car allowance, laptop, mobile and pension

Territory

South East & South Central, ideally based centrally between the M4/M25 and Birmingham

The Role – Area Sales Manager

• A field-based territory sales role promoting a leading range of roofing products and accessories
• Promoting a comprehensive portfolio that includes breathable and non-breathable roofing membranes, dry fix systems, eaves and brick ventilation, and cavity products
• You’ll be strengthening relationships whilst increasing product awareness amongst national and independent builders' and roofing merchants
• Delivering product training, trade days, toolbox talks and carrying out dual visits to help increase sales
• Supporting your merchant network by influencing of roofing contractors and developers, with all business back-sold through your account base

The Successful Applicant – Area Sales Manager

• You will already have field sales experience, preferably gained from within or around the construction industry
• Experience selling through merchants and distributors would be advantageous, but not essential
• With a proactive, self-motivated and target-driven approach, together with strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A stable career history and desire to build a long-term career within construction sales would be advantageous
