The package offers £55,000 base salary plus bonus and a company car, with extensive onboarding including travel to France and Germany and clear progression opportunities.

We’re working with Tractel, a global leader in working-at-height safety, lifting and access solutions, to recruit an experienced Area Sales Manager.

This is a territory-focused role combining account management and new business development, with responsibility for growing existing relationships and winning new customers across The North & Scotland.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage and grow existing distributor and end-user accounts.
• Develop new business and increase market share.
• Build strong customer relationships through regular site and face-to-face visits.
• Identify and convert new commercial opportunities.
• Work closely with Technical and Internal Sales teams.
• Manage your territory, CRM pipeline and sales targets.
• Proven territory sales experience, ideally within industrial or construction environments.
• A strong track record of growing existing accounts and winning new business.
• Excellent relationship-building and commercial skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the territory.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Health & Safety sector experience is advantageous.
