Job Title: Area Sales Manager - Welding Equipment & Consumables

Purpose of the Role:

The role involves selling a wide range of welding equipment, consumables, abrasives, and PPE used in welding and metal fabrication shops across East, West, and South Yorkshire. Customers vary from SMEs to blue-chip manufacturers. The role includes growing sales from an established customer base and acquiring new customers.

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience selling into manufacturing or industrial markets
• Enjoys a high-activity field sales role and engaging directly with customers
• Strong relationship and account management skills
• Proactive in acquiring new business and knocking on doors
• Driving license and experience with CRM systems

Benefits:

• Salary: £38,000 - £45,000 plus £7,000 uncapped bonus
