Job summary

Cameo Consultancy (Recruitment) Limited is seeking an Area Sales Manager to cover the West Midlands, including Worcestershire, Shropshire, Herefordshire and surrounding areas. The role is field-based, full-time, and permanent, offering a base salary of £40,000–£41,000 with uncapped commission and an OTE around £60,000.

You will build a strong customer base, develop a robust pipeline, and collaborate with internal teams to optimise product feedback and market insights.

Qualifications

• Experience in a field sales/business development role.
• Proven track record in B2B sales.
• Cold calling, prospecting and pipeline building.
• High levels of customer service.
• Strong time management and organisation.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities across the territory using research and networking.
• Develop knowledge of market requirements and promote products to key accounts.
• Manage revenue for your territory, develop prospects and follow up on opportunities.
• Achieve territory sales via cold calling, appointments, site surveys and demos.
• Grow pipeline and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams.
