Job summary

ExtraHop is seeking an Area Sales Leader to manage a regional quota-carrying sales team and drive direct sales and partnerships with resellers. You will lead strategies, forecast revenue, and develop opportunities across assigned territories while collaborating with Inside Sales and executives.

The role requires sales leadership with a track record of success selling technical IT infrastructure solutions, and the ability to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree or equivalent in IT, CS, business or engineering.
• 5–10 years managing remote field sales teams.
• Track record selling technical solutions to enterprise customers.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
• Develop sales plans with targets and named accounts.
• Hire, train and retain an effective sales force.
• Forecast and manage the pipeline; provide weekly updates.
• Collaborate with resellers and partners to grow territory.
• Present ExtraHop products to executives and close deals.
