Job summary

WE BUY ANY CAR LIMITED is hiring an Area Sales Executive in the United Kingdom. The role offers a base salary of £27,100 per year with an OTE of £34,120 and a generous bonus scheme. You will work a 42.5-hour week on a rotating shift, including weekends, and be the main contact for customers at your branch.

You don't need prior car knowledge; training is provided. The position rewards proactive, target-driven sales professionals with strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.

Qualifications

• Current full UK manual driving licence is required.
• Experience in a target-driven environment is preferred.
• Customer-focused with excellent communication and telephone manner.
• Ability to work under pressure and independently.
• Strong organisation and workload prioritisation skills.
• Ability to build lasting client relationships.
• Excellent administration and IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Buy cars and ensure smooth branch operations, acting as main contact for customers.
• Contact customers, diary management to secure appointments and meet targets.
• Perform car appraisals, negotiate prices, close deals and deliver excellent service.
• Coordinate with back office and team members to support customers.

About The Role

Job: Area Sales Executive

Salary: £27,100 per year (OTE £34,120)

Bonus:Fantastic monthly bonus and annual bonus based on company performance

Hours: You will work 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 5 days on 2 days off. Weekend work is involved.

Responsibilities

As a Area Sales Executive with WBAC you will:

• First-and-foremost our Area Sales Executives buy cars, but also ensure the efficient running of their branches. You are the main point of contact for our customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Doing appraisals on cars, negotiating prices, closing deals, and delivering exceptional Customer service to our customers.
• Liaising with the back office and work colleagues through.

Requirements

• A current full UK manual driving license
