We Buy Any Car Ltd. in the United Kingdom is hiring an Area Sales Executive to drive branch performance and deliver exceptional customer service. The role includes buying cars, meeting targets, and building lasting relationships with customers.

You will work a 42.5-hour week on a rotating pattern, with weekend work, and participate in a strong bonus scheme based on company performance.

No knowledge about cars is required as training is provided; we offer progression and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have a current full UK manual driving license.
• Experience in a target-driven environment.
• Ability to work independently and manage workload.
• Excellent administration and IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Buy cars and ensure the efficient running of branches; you are the main point of contact for customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Perform appraisals on cars, negotiate prices, close deals, and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Liaise with the back office and colleagues to ensure smooth operations.

About The Role

Job: Area Sales Executive

Salary: £28,200 per year (OTE £35,220)

Bonus: Fantastic monthly bonus and annual bonus based on company performance

Hours: You will work 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 5 days on 2 days off. Weekend work is involved.

Responsibilities:

As a Area Sales Executive with WBAC you will:

• First-and-foremost our Area Sales Executives buy cars, but also ensure the efficient running of their branches. You are the main point of contact for our customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Doing appraisals on cars, negotiating prices, closing deals, and delivering exceptional Customer service to our customers.
• Liaising with the back office and work colleagues through.

Requirements:

• A current full UK manual driving license
• Experience of working in a target driven environment
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner
• Ability to work well under pressure and by yourself (lone working)
• Ability to organise and prioritise own workload
• Be able to build lasting relationships with clients/customers.
• Excellent administration and IT skills
