Job summary

WE BUY ANY CAR LIMITED is seeking an Area Sales Executive in Corby to join a fast-growing, market‑leading brand. The role offers £28,200 per year with an OTE of £35,220 and a fantastic bonus structure, plus 42.5 hours per week in a 5-on/2-off rotational pattern that includes weekends. You will be the main contact for customers and drive branch performance.

No prior car knowledge is required as comprehensive training will be provided to help you succeed and progress within the company.

Qualifications

• A current full UK manual driving licence.
• Experience of working in a target driven environment.
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
• Ability to work well under pressure and by yourself (lone working).
• Ability to organise and prioritise own workload.
• Be able to build lasting relationships with clients/customers.
• Excellent administration and IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Buy cars and ensure the efficient running of branches; main contact for customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Doing appraisals on cars, negotiating prices, closing deals, and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Liaising with the back office and work colleagues through.

About The Role

Job: Area Sales Executive

Salary: £28,200 per year (OTE £35,220)

Bonus: Fantastic monthly bonus and annual bonus based on company performance

Hours: You will work 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 5 days on 2 days off. Weekend work is involved.

Responsibilities:

As a Area Sales Executive with WBAC you will:

• First-and-foremost our Area Sales Executives buy cars, but also ensure the efficient running of their branches. You are the main point of contact for our customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Doing appraisals on cars, negotiating prices, closing deals, and delivering exceptional Customer service to our customers.
