Job summary

webuyanycar are recruiting a Sales Executive to join our rapidly expanding UK network. You’ll be the main point of contact for customers, drive branch performance, and enjoy a structured 42.5-hour week on a rotating pattern with weekend work.

Starting salary is £28,200 per year with an OTE of £35,220, plus fantastic monthly and annual bonuses. We’ll train you in all aspects of car buying, so no prior car knowledge is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a target-driven environment.
• Full UK manual driving license.
• Excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage workload.
• Able to build lasting relationships with clients/customers.
• Strong admin and IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Buy cars and ensure the efficient running of branches; you are the main point of contact for customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and targets.
• Car appraisals, negotiating prices, closing deals, and delivering excellent customer service to customers.
• Liaising with back office and work colleagues.

Job: Sales Executive

Salary: £28,200 per year (OTE £35,220)

Bonus: Fantastic monthly bonus and annual bonus based on company performance

Hours: You will work 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 5 days on 2 days off. Weekend work is involved.

Responsibilities

• First-and-foremost our Sales Executives buy cars, but also ensure the efficient running of their branches. You are the main point of contact for our customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Doing appraisals on cars, negotiating prices, closing deals, and delivering exceptional Customer service to our customers.
• Liaising with the back office and work colleagues through.

Requirements

• A current full UK manual driving license
• Experience of working in a target driven environment
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner
• Ability to work well under pressure and by yourself (lone working)
• Ability to organise and prioritise own workload
• Be able to build lasting relationships with clients/customers.
• Excellent administration and IT skills
