Job summary

Integra Outsourcing is seeking an Area Sales Surveyor to promote bespoke tapered insulation systems for commercial and industrial flat roofing projects across the South East and South Central regions. The role includes a thorough induction and field-based surveying, with ongoing support from an internal technical team for design and quotes.

You'll typically complete two surveys per day, with leads provided and access to a wider sales team to track projects from opportunity to close.

Qualifications

• Field sales experience in construction or roofing preferred.
• Committed to building a long-term career in field sales within the construction sector.
• Driven, ambitious with excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote bespoke tapered insulation systems for commercial and industrial roofing projects.
• Track and win new-build and refurbishment projects with roofing contractors and manufacturers.
• Identify opportunities and carry out site surveys, measurements and drawings.
• Collaborate with internal technical team to produce design and quotation for follow-up and closing.
• Typically complete 2 surveys per day with contractor/manufacturer appointments scheduled around them.
• Receive incoming leads and access to an established prospect database and wider sales team.

A field sales role offering a thorough induction training programme, to promote a bespoke tapered insulation systems for commercial and industrial flat roofing projects.

Package:

Circa £35k-£40k basic + £5k-£10k uncapped bonus + Car allowance + 25 Days holiday

Territory:

South East and South Central

Role – Area Sales Surveyor:

• Following a thorough induction training programme, you’ll be promoting a bespoke tapered insulation systems for commercial and industrial roofing projects
• Field based tracking and winning new-build and refurbishment projects with roofing contractors and flat roofing manufacturers
• Identifying project opportunities and carrying out site surveys, measurements and drawings
• Working closely with an internal technical team who will produce the design and quotation for you to follow up and close
• You’ll typically complete 2 surveys a day with contractor and manufacturer sales appointments built around them
• You’ll be supported with incoming leads, an established prospect database and access to a wider group sales team to track projects from

The Successful Applicant – Area Sales Surveyor:

• You will ideally have some sales experience from within the construction industry
• This could be field sales experience, or equally from a sales office or branch environment
• You will be committed to building a long-term career within field sales in the construction sector
• Looking for an employer that can train, develop and progress you through the business
• Driven, ambitious and commercially minded with a positive attitude and excellent communication and presentation skills
