Job summary

Freight Personnel is seeking an Area Sales Executive to cover the North of London and the M25, including Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire, with Milton Keynes, Luton, Oxford, Newbury Reading, Watford and surrounding areas.

Generate and convert your own leads, build a strong pipeline, onboard new clients, and own your numbers in a high-performance culture that rewards success. A full UK driving licence is required and a car allowance is provided from day one.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B sales experience (field or telesales).
• Relentless drive to exceed targets.
• Confidence, resilience, and strong negotiation skills.
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own car.
• Independent, proactive and organised.
• Experience in e-commerce or logistics is a bonus.
• Own vehicle required for first 3 months; car allowance from day one.
