Job summary

Freight Personnel is seeking a high-energy Field Sales Executive to drive new business and build lasting customer partnerships in the South East. Based from the Gatwick-area office, you will travel to engage prospective clients, present solutions, and close deals with a consultative approach.

You will manage a balanced mix of new business development and relationship management, with uncapped commissions and a key role in a growing logistics services provider.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in B2B or logistics.
• Experience generating new business and managing accounts.
• Experience in logistics, transport or service sectors.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• New Business Development 75%: identify and target new opportunities, generate leads, arrange and attend meetings, build pipeline, deliver proposals, convert opportunities into accounts.
• Relationship Management 25%: develop relationships with customers at multiple levels, understand challenges, provide tailored solutions, maintain contact, be a trusted advisor.
