Job summary

Freight Personnel is seeking an Area Sales Executive to cover the region north of London and the M25, including Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire. You will build your own pipeline, onboard new clients, and own your numbers with the support of an ambitious, fast-growing team.

You’ll need proven B2B sales experience (field or telesales), a full UK driving licence, and a proactive, independent approach.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B sales experience (field or telesales).
• Relentless drive to exceed targets.
• Confidence, resilience, and strong negotiation skills.
• Own vehicle required; car allowance from day one.
• Proactive, organised approach and the ability to work independently.
• Experience in e-commerce or logistics is a bonus, but not essential.
• Note: You'll need your own vehicle for the first 3 months.
