Job summary

Freight Personnel is seeking an Area Sales Executive to cover the South East region of the UK, including Essex, East London, East Anglia and Kent. You will hunt and win new business, building your own pipeline and taking ownership of your numbers.

You will need proven B2B sales experience, a relentless drive to exceed targets, and a full UK driving licence with access to your own car. A car allowance is provided from day one, and uncapped commissions reward performance.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B sales experience in field or telesales.
• Relentless drive to exceed targets.
• Confidence, resilience, and strong negotiation skills.
• Competitive, motivated by results and rewards.
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own car.
• Proactive, organised, and able to work independently.
• Experience in e-commerce or logistics is a bonus, not essential.
• Note: own vehicle required for first 3 months; car allowance from day one.

Responsibilities
