Are you a dynamic retail leader with a passion for luxury, sales excellence, and inspiring high-performing teams? We’re looking for an Area Retail Sales Manager to lead and empower store management teams across a portfolio of high-end retail locations.

In this role, you’ll drive commercial success, elevate guest experiences, and cultivate motivated, high-performing store teams who deliver exceptional service and results. You’ll be at the forefront of creating memorable retail moments while ensuring financial and operational excellence across your area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers across multiple retail locations to deliver outstanding guest experiences and achieve ambitious sales targets.
  • Take full accountability for sales, profit, and stock performance within your area. Identify opportunities, implement trading initiatives, and ensure delivery against key KPIs.
  • Use a hands-on coaching approach to build confident, high-performing leaders through structured training and on-the-job development.
  • Partner with store teams to deliver engaging retail activations, events, and experiences that drive guest engagement and conversion.
  • Ensure visual standards, compliance, and operational efficiency across all stores. Manage store openings, refurbishments, and new initiatives with precision and energy.
  • Work collaboratively with recruitment and scheduling teams to ensure the right people are in the right roles, fostering growth and career progression within the business.
  • Act as a key point of contact for operational performance and feedback, championing best practices and sharing insights to enhance retail operations.
