Job summary

The Guinness Partnership in Oldham is seeking an Area Planner to support the Guinness Property team. You will coordinate day-to-day scheduling for Responsive Repairs operatives, bookings, and record keeping across a hybrid office/home model.

You will liaise with residents and internal teams to ensure clear communication, efficient job allocation and high service standards while contributing to continuous improvement in delivery and performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-focused environment with targets and service standards.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with accurate data recording.
• Ability to work methodically in a fast-paced setting and manage schedules.
• Experience using databases and maintaining records, including DRS.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day scheduling of Responsive Repairs Operatives.
• Book and reschedule appointments and maintain accurate records.
• Update systems to monitor repair activities and performance.
• Communicate with residents, operatives and internal teams to ensure service quality.
