Job summary

The Guinness Partnership in Crewe is seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead the Repairs and Maintenance team within the Guinness Property Team. This permanent 40-hour-week role covers 8am–7pm Monday to Friday with Saturday mornings on a rota, and a hybrid model blending office, on-site and home working.

You will manage an area-based operations team, ensuring delivery of a quality responsive repairs service, and you'll bring hands-on trade experience with NVQ or City & Guilds

Qualifications

• Trade NVQ level 3 or equivalent
• NVQ III First Line Management
• Up-to-date knowledge of building construction and safety legislation
• Experience leading, developing and motivating teams
• Experience of sub-contractor management
• Experience delivering a customer-focused repairs service
• Experience of repairs management information systems
• Excellent oral and written communications
