Job summary

The Guinness Partnership is seeking an Area Planner to join Guinness Property to coordinate planning and scheduling for Responsive Repairs across our London service area. You will manage operatives' diaries, book and reschedule appointments, maintain records, and use systems to track repair activities.

You will work with residents and internal teams to ensure clear communication and high service standards. This permanent role offers 40 hours per week, with shifts 8am–7pm Mon–Fri plus Saturday

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer focused environment.
• Experience working within agreed performance targets.
• Excellent oral and written communications.
• Proven ability to record data and information accurately.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
• Experience of working with databases.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day scheduling of Responsive Repairs Operatives and ensure repairs are planned efficiently.
• Manage operatives' diaries, book and reschedule appointments.
• Maintain accurate records and update systems to track repair activities.
• Work with residents, operatives and internal teams to ensure clear communication and high service standards.
• Contribute to continuous improvements in service delivery and performance.
